Wine Availability
The 2008 Shiraz was released from the winery on 1 September. We are now sold out Tempranillo, but still have a little of the 2008 Chardonnay available.

Mayford 2008 Chardonnay
'I’ve been on the bandwagon of Mayford’s reds for the past year or two, but I’m now on the Mayford chardonnay bandwagon too.
This is a chardonnay for those who like their whites to walk on the wild side. There is nothing clean or sterile about this wine. Accordingly, I tasted this wine repeatedly over 24 hours to make sure that it had the stuffing to support the funk - and I’m clear now that it has. It tastes of hazelnuts and lees, white peaches and white flowers. The oak has been toned right down from the previous Mayford chardonnay release. And the quality stepped up.

The 2009 Chardonnay and the 2009 Tempranillo are due for release November 2010.
